  • Once received, you will be sent a participant agreement form. Once you have read and signed the form, you are officially registered for the workshop!

    Before the workshop, you will receive an email with further info regarding the exact address of the location, more in depth info, including a timeline of the day, vendor information and what to bring.

  • We have been in your shoes and have experienced a variety of different workshops.

    With that experience, we have now designed a workshop that we would’ve liked to attend. This means having the opportunity to have private shooting time with each model and installation. We keep our group size small, so everyone can experience privacy to have time to focus on photography/videography.

  • Our styled workshop sessions are designed for photographers, videographers, and content creators looking to elevate your clientele, build a networking community of vendors, and create social media and publication worthy content. This is a great way to build your brand and upgrade your portfolio.

  • The full day, exclusive workshop includes one on one time with every model and every installation.

  • This all is dependent upon what you like to work with. I suggest bringing your typical wedding day gear.

    It is required to bring a camera body and a standard zoom lens as a good starting point.

    If you have a second camera body and any Prime, Wide Angle or Macro Lenses, we recommend bringing them all.

    Bring extra batteries and memory cards.

    Tripods are also recommended if you like to work for that.

    Bring your business cards or social QR codes to share with other vendors.

    We will provide some props including; ring boxes, ribbon, still life props + lay flat backgrounds, but feel free to get creative and bring your own props.

    Bring snacks or any meal you may need.

  • Yes! All participants will have dedicated time to have a private one on one session with the models.

  • We intentionally keep these groups small (10 participants) to maximize your individual time with each model and installation.

    Please note if the participant number increases, then more stations are added to maintain our one on one structure.

  • Absolutely! You are encouraged to submit your images to any publication you see fit. Our only requirement is to credit the vendors. The shoot would not be possible without the talented creatives that come together to make this happen. We will provide an email with all vendor credit post workshop!

  • Yes! Although they are your images, the vendors creating the installations are donating their time and talents in an effort to keep ticket prices accessible.

    We will provide you with an online gallery link to upload your edited images. We will then send all participating vendors the link(s) to download the images of their choice.

    Please respect our process and do not send your images to the vendors unsolicited, with the exception of a vendor approaching you directly requesting an image(s).

    All vendors will be required to also give credit to you.

  • All shoots are different and you will be notified if there is an outdoor component. If you need to know earlier, email us at unveiledandco@gmail.com

  • We know that unforeseen circumstances happen. If so, please contact us at unveiledandco@gmail.com within 48 hrs of the workshop date.

    We do not offer refunds, however we do allow you the option to sell your spot to another participant or we can issue you a credit for one of our future workshops.

    There is a possibility of a workshop being postponed or canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances; we will schedule a new date and let you know. If you cannot participate on the new date, we can issue you a credit to a future workshop or issue a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee).

  • Inclement weather happens, and if weather conditions are treacherous, we will postpone or cancel the workshop.

    POSTPONEMENT OF WORKSHOP

    In the event unVeiled+co postpones a workshop due to Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will schedule a new date. If you cannot participate on the new date, we can issue you a credit to a future workshop.

    CANCELLATION OF WORKSHOP

    In the event of unVeiled+co cancels a workshop due to Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you have the option of rescheduling to a future workshop or receiving a full refund. (minus a $25 processing fee).

    Participants will be notified no later than 24 hours before the workshop, if we must cancel due to weather.

  • We’ve never had to cancel a workshop yet, but life does happen!

    If there is inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, or we do not reach our minimum number of participants, we may need to cancel. In this case, all participants will receive a full refund.
