  • CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT We consider all details to curate a vision on how to style your venue to achieve your goals. This step should be well thought out to make sure the space appeals to a variety of people and events. We start with visual story boarding where the concept comes to life on a moodboard (see below) of a theme, inspiration and aesthetics.

  • PRODUCTION DESIGN We choose vendors whose style and offerings align with the aesthetic and theme of your photo shoot. We select the areas of the venue to feature, and determine props that compliment the theme. Next comes a detailed schedule for the shoot day, including setup, shooting times, and teardown.

  • SHOOT DAY A styled photoshoot day involves a carefully orchestrated series of activities and coordination efforts to ensure that the envisioned aesthetic is effectively captured through photography.

  • POST PRODUCTION Post-production is a critical part of the photographic process as it allows the photographer to refine their work and deliver polished, professional images. It requires image selection, editing & light retouching. After all edits are completed & reviewed, the final images are delivered and ready to be featured.
